  1. How long does it take to receive my opera glasses?

If your order is received before 1pm PST then your order will be shipped the same day, otherwise we will ship the order the next morning.  All orders are shipped within 24hours of receiving the order.


  1. What are the shipping charges?

Currently we have a promotion where we ship orders being mailed within the United States for free.


  1. What if I am not satisfied with my opera glasses?

Our goal is to ensure to that you are 100% satisfied with our products, however, incase you are not happy with the products received please email us at sales@aakaarllc.com within 2 days of receiving the product.  You will be mailed and authorization number and sent the address where the merchandise needs to be mailed.  Returned items will not be accepted without the authorization number and need to be mailed to a specific address. 
Merchandise is refundable if you return the items to us within 30 days of your receipt of the order. All non-defective items being returned must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition. We will not accept returns of used, opened or washed bedding.  All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees of non-defective returns.


  1. What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is very important to us and we strive to make your shopping experience with us secure and safe.  We do not share any of the information provided by you with anyone.All the information provided to us is not shared or disclosed to anyone unless required by law.


  1. What are the specifications of your opera glasses?
  • Center focus
  • Are 3x the magnification except the Balshoi which is 4x
  • Lens diameter is 25mm except Balshoi which is 30mm
  • Are about 4 ounces in weight
  • Are 4" x 2.5" x 1.25"


  1. Can the battery in the opera glasses with a light be replaced?

Yes, the batteries (Energizer 392) can be replaced with batteries from any store.  There are 2 batteries that are in the opera glasses.


  1. Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can.  Just call us at 925-480-7455.  If you want to call us for free go to the contact us page and click on call us for free button.
