- How long does it take to receive my opera glasses?
If your order is received before 1pm PST then your order will be shipped
the same day, otherwise we will ship the order the next morning. All orders are shipped within 24hours of
receiving the order.
- What are the shipping charges?
Currently we have a promotion where we ship orders being
mailed within the United States for free.
- What if I am not satisfied with my opera glasses?
Our goal is to ensure to that you
are 100% satisfied with our products, however, incase you are not happy with
the products received please email us at sales@aakaarllc.com
within 2 days of receiving the product. You will be mailed and
authorization number and sent the address where the merchandise needs to be
mailed. Returned items will not be accepted without the authorization
number and need to be mailed to a specific address.
Merchandise is refundable if you return the items to us within
30 days of your receipt of the order. All non-defective items being returned
must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition. We
will not accept returns of used, opened or washed bedding. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees of non-defective returns.

can be replaced with batteries from any store.
